Billy Graham Association issued a statistic that says the average Christian can identify 7 unchurched people whom they have a personal relationship with. They conducted a national survey, and 82% of the non-churched say they WOULD come to church with a friend or relative if invited.

Easter is a perfect opportunity for YOU to invite unchurched folks.

In addition to Easter Sunday, remember our unique experiences too, such as the Eating with the Disciples event or the memorable Tenebrae service. I bet they've never experienced events like these before.

Interactive Last Supper Experience

Wed, April 5 | 5:30 pm & 7:15 pm Seatings

It's time to RSVP!

This is a fun & unique Easter experience for the whole family!

The table will be set for each person to experience what it must have been like to sit with the disciples in the Upper Room on that night just before Jesus made his way to Calvary. As we journey through this 'Remembrance Feast' we will explore the individual elements of the Seder, tasting each portion, and telling the story of God’s great redemptive plan...

TENEBRAE

A Service of Darkness

FRIDAY, APRIL 7 | 8:00 pm

It will be an unforgettable service like you've never experienced! Be sure to bring someone to share the moment.

This is an evening of TENEBRAE (Latin meaning "the darkening"). This quiet service of word and song, and candlelight (then darkness) acknowledges, once again, the love that Jesus has for you and me... and what He would subject himself to... for our benefit. This is the evening before the morning... the shadow in the sunlight... the darkening before the dawn...

Thank you to those volunteering for the Easter Egg Hunt on April . We now have enough signed up to offer this event, so YAY!

Didn’t get signed up yet, but still want to help? We would love to have you!

Just email Michelle Frye so she can reach you with information faster!

**IMPORTANT- Volunteer instructions and final details will be emailed out by THIS TUESDAY. Please make sure to READ the email. This is a very quick but large event, so it's very important you come already KNOWING what to do!

NEED A LIFT... We're On It!

Thanks to generous donors to Piney Grove Kids, there is now a golf cart on campus to help you and the kids get from one place to another! Our current driver is Mr. Rudy. He will make rounds around the campus, including trips to and from the youth building on Sunday mornings. Don’t hesitate to let him know you need a ride! The golf cart will also be servicing anyone of any age who has disabilities and/or needs help getting up that steep hill by the welcome center!  We aim to get this golf cart going on Wednesdays too!

WHAT SHOULD WE NAME IT? Mrs. Michelle is currently collecting name ideas for the golf cart. Have your child submit his/her idea for a name for the golf cart on a piece of paper and give it to Mrs. Michelle (or email it to her). Our team will narrow it down to 5 choices and let the kids vote for their favorite! For now, we're calling it “Bluebird.”

Due to exciting growth in PG Kids, we will have an opening for 2 PEOPLE; a 3rd grade Sunday school TEACHER and an ASSISTANT beginning on Sunday, June 11th. Is one of these your position?

God's already picked the 2 people,

we're just letting you know it's GO time!

Is it YOU?

Come join a team of volunteers who are shaping biblical worldviews and building strong foundations in the lives of children as they go out into the world! "The greatest ministry in the church today is the ministry to our children." - George Barna

If YOU feel God tugging at your heart,

contact Michelle Frye to get started.

KIDS ACTIVITY PLANNING TEAM- Forming Now!

Ready to Plan Some Fun?

We would like to form an Activity Planning team for Piney Grove Kids. This team would be responsible for planning and organizing fun day trips with the buses for PG Kids when they are out of school. So far this year, the PG Kids have gone bowling, jumped at Big Air Trampoline Park, and visited the Asheboro Zoo. If you have ideas popping into your head about fun things you think should be on the calendar for PG Kids, you may be just right for this Team! The goal of these activities is to encourage genuine connection and friendship among our children. Please email MICHELLE FRYE by April 1st if you're interested in serving on this team.

We want to keep the fun trips going, but we need your help!
