Volleyball Tournament
Middle Schools 1-Day Competition
| Last week, our middle school teams enjoyed the Volleyball Tournament hosted at Futon Middle School. Teams competed from each of our three middle schools. We loved seeing our fantastic coaches, athletes, cheerleaders, and ASB students giving it their all. Thank you to Mr. Leo Brignardello for capturing so many great photos throughout the tournament. And a huge thank you to Fulton Activities Director, Jennifer Rose, along with the Fulton staff, for hosting a wonderful day of competition. | |

| Over 200 parents attended our Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELOP) Parent Info Night at Tamura Elementary School. FVSD Director of Early Childhood and After School Programs Mona Green shared information about ELOP requirements and Spring Break and Summer Camp program registration. Bilingual Aids

| Our FVSD Bilingual Aide team met to celebrate the progress made by our students in learning English. As they acquire English knowledge and skills, these fantastic students gain confidence and independence, strengthen peer relationships, and participate in class discussions. The team loves when their students share a hug or high-five to celebrate their pride and achievement. FVSD central office staff and the Bilingual Aide team snuck in a St. Patrick's Day photo! | |

Please join us for our upcoming Parent Education Night with Western Youth Services on Wednesday, March 22, 2023, at 6:30 PM.
Western Youth Services, in conjunction with the Behavioral Health Training Collaborative, will present "Stop Stressing, Start Coping!" a training centered around the effects of stress and anxiety and strategies to help develop healthy coping skills.

| FVSD is happy to announce our new Anonymous Reporting tip line. We have a dedicated phone line for FVSD that is manned 24/7. You can call or text the phone number, use the QR code or the link on each school site's webpage to file a report. These tips are sent to the appropriate people to help ensure the safety of our students. If you need assistance with your child at school, please get in touch with the teacher and/or principal directly. | |
