May is Mental Health Awareness Month

MHA post 1.png

While May is recognized nationally as Mental Health Awareness Month, at Richmond Behavioral Health we work to raise awareness about mental health and wellness EVERY month - every day, in fact.

Our work EVERY DAY is to fearlessly champion the health, wellness, and recovery of the individuals and communities we serve.

Through our work with individuals and families, our leadership in local, regional, and state-wide initiatives, participation in local events, community outreach, and media engagement we strive to educate, inform, and break the stigma that surrounds mental and behavioral health.

We invite you to join us on social media to help spread awareness and break the stigma that keeps too many people from seeking help.

We provide resources, information, news, and encouragement.

Engage, Share, Learn.
