These nine girls are Mission 25 k-2 school graduates in Ampil, Pursat. In the photo, they are being recognized as TOP STUDENTS in their current public school! Most children in Cambodia are left behind by the third grade. Cambodia’s educational system is broken, and many people remain illiterate or have minimal reading and writing skills. But these nine girls are thriving! Why? Because they received an early education at our school and were given the opportunities to learn to read and write. Now they are excelling! Children, especially girls, without an education are 20 times more likely to be trafficked. You are taking that option out of the equation with your financial support. Your partnership has changed the trajectory of their lives forever.

This is a photo of the medical students who volunteered with us during our August 2024 medical mission. The 3rd girl from the right is KimEng. We met KimEng in 2018 when she became a part of our dorm ministry as a young university student. The dorms gave KimEng, who did not know Jesus, a safe place to live as she attended medical school. Since then, KimEng has accepted Jesus and is our sister in Christ. She is now a practicing doctor, volunteers to serve with Mission 25, and recruited volunteers to work with us in our medical clinics! She also plans to volunteer with us again when we return to Cambodia in February. Additionally, she is a leader in the dorms, helping to guide and encourage our students. KimEng has become a talented and qualified doctor and a missionary in her own right, spreading the love of Jesus to her family, friends, and coworkers. KimEng was not only helped, but she is now helping!
