A Time for Growth


As we've expanded this software, we've sometimes needed to course-correct. A fresh new year is a perfect time for this.


We've heard your concerns regarding changes to the ability to transfer registrations and will be implementing an updated transfer process. This new process will auto-apply credit generated from the previous item to the new item if a previous payment was made.


Additionally, the ability to override residency settings on accounts when using certain residency detection methods will be restored shortly after a correction to the new address verification feature on account edit.

This Newsletter!


  • We are starting the year off with our newly named newsletter the "MyRecord."
  • We'd love to use your photos in an upcoming newsletter, see below to submit!


Reports


  • Reservation Overview, Reservations w/Missing Dates, Facility Usage by Account, Disclaimer, & Required Document Facility Reports are exportable.
  • Advanced activity autopay registrations and items moved from standard activity waitlists now track demographics to the activity demographics report.
  • The POS Options report has an ability to filter out cancelled purchases.
  • Facility disclaimer reports carry the date range filter into interior pages and have a column for reservation dates.


Accounts


  • If using the account creation disclaimer function, agreements are saved to the account, asked on login if not agreed to, and asked yearly.
  • An explanatory question mark text area was added to the account balance checkbox on management side printable receipts.
  • The return links on coach and mobile calendars were fixed on public accounts.
  • Payment plans can be created from account balances for custom recurring payments on certain gateways.


Activities & Registration


  • A frequency note was added to the adjustments area from single day pricing option add and edit pages.
  • Text regarding overbooking was added to the drop-in/cash drop feature page.
  • Additional qmark information and wording was added to advanced activity cloning regarding advancing dates and updating days of the week.
  • A clarifying example was added to the advanced activity due dates setup area.


Misc


  • Our phone number has been updated in the processing issues report on the mgmt home page.
  • The discussion board was updated to note that it's not monitored by our staff, but is great for client to client communication.
  • Contact information was updated on the main site support staff and contact pages and the price sheet was updated on the features page.
