AFM Team Returns from Kenya

Last month, AFM team members traveled to Kenya to teach fire prevention lessons in collaboration with Missions of Hope International and three volunteer firefighter interns. These interns received hands-on training in valuable fire prevention skills and assisted with school evacuation drills.

Special Thanks to our Volunteers

On September 11th, 2024, AFM volunteers and Metzcor community members worked hard to pack gear for an upcoming gear shipment to Ukraine. We are so grateful for this help! Our work is possible because of the support of our awesome volunteers. More than 400 sets of firefighter PPE will soon make its way to Kherson, Ukraine in collaboration with Matthew 25 Ministries and TCI. Thank you to all the fire departments across the US that donated equipment for this shipment.
