Christmas Wreaths

During 2024, Growing People has once again supported people with long term mental health issues, providing horticultural therapy, opportunities for gardening and social contact to fight loneliness and isolation.

As always, you can help us to continue our work by buying one of our beautiful Christmas evergreen wreaths, which are made to order by our team of volunteers using freshly foraged local foliage. We have three styles of wreath again this year: Two full wreaths and our half wreath style. Also, we are able to offer these at the same prices as last year as follows:

Full wreaths based on a metal frame at £15

Full wreaths based on a handmade willow circle from our home-grown willow trees, at £25 each

Decorative “half wreaths” based on a smaller willow circle. These are most suitable for a cool indoor room. They will be £15 each

Our collection sessions will be on Monday afternoon and Thursday mornings as usual:

Monday - 16^th December between 1.00-4.30pm

Thursdays - December 12^th and 19^th between 9.30-12.30am

So, how can you order your wreath? There are four ways:

You can email us at enquiries@growing-people.org.uk.
Also, the Sadie’s Wholefood Café will be able to accept and pass on your orders, please complete an order form while you are there (available towards the end of November).

Whichever way you choose, please include your name, a contact email address and/or phone number, the type of wreath you would like and the date you would us like to make it for you.

Someone will then contact you to confirm your order and arrange collection details.

Payment as always is on collection please, from the Growing People site at the Sadie Cantre. Towards the end of your chosen session. We accept either cash or a card payment via our localgiving page or QR code (and please make sure to tick the Gift Aid box if you use this method, as it means we can claim 25% tax refund at no extra cost to you.)
