Welcome to the KNN Community Commons

As a virtual community of practice, the KNN online community aims to connect peers in medicine and catalyze efforts to put concepts of character, caring and practical wisdom into action. Recently, we launched the Community Commonsa group within the online community for open discussion among those interested in advancing flourishing in medicine.

This short welcome video explores how the Community Commons serves as a space for reflection, connection and meaningful exchange of ideas from across the health ecosystem. Individuals can share effective practices, collaborate on new approaches and ultimately build momentum to shift the culture in medicine and create environments where those within can truly flourish.
