We pray that this newsletter and its contents that we share will help you on your daily journey with Christ, causing you to grow in the ways of the Lord.

The giftings of the fivefold ministry (Apostle, Prophet, Evangelist, Pastor, Teacher) should have one purpose, and that is the teaching and equipping of the saints until we come into unity. This is why we teach so that you can grow stronger in your faith until unity comes in the body of Christ.

Take what you have learned and share it with others so that we can further the kingdom for Jesus Christ.

DON’T LOSE YOUR FOCUS

So often when things happen around us that are not always pleasant, we forget about focusing on the right things. It is easy to focus on the negative things in a world that is full of negativity.

In Philippians 4:8 God tells us what to focus on. It says, “Finally brethren, whatsoever things are true; whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.”

When we focus on truth, we focus on Jesus because he is truth.

When we focus on honesty, we focus on Jesus because there is no sin in him.

When we focus on things that are just, we focus on Jesus because he is the one that brings justice.

When we focus on things that are pure, we focus on Jesus, because he is pure with no blemishes.

When we focus on things that are lovely, we focus on Jesus, because he is lovely, and everything that is beautiful.

When we focus on things that are good, we think on Jesus, because he is the good shepherd.

When we focus on virtuous things, we think on Jesus because he is holy and virtuous.

If we focus on giving praise, we think on the one that gave His life for me, and that person is Jesus. We owe him all the praise!

Focus on Jesus and all the negatives will leave! Do not lose focus!
