I received a message from Marg Williams daughter this morning that Marg passed away. I am beyond sad, she had been withYTNR since the beginning and had helped with more little dogs than I can even remember. She thought nothing about driving halfway across California to check out a possible forever home, to pick up a new rescue or help in anyway that she could. In recent years she was a hospice home for older and unplace able dogs, and she loved and cared for them till the very end of their sweet little lives. Rest In Peace my dear friend. I'm sure you were greeted at heavens gate with a band of wagging tails and bouncy little dogs welcoming you home and wanting to sit on your lap! love...

Hi Everyone,

Spring has sprung here on the farm in Tennessee and we are so looking forward to warmer days, blue skies and the warmth of the sun.

Things are picking up in terms of how many dogs are coming into our wonderful group. We've been especially busy in Texas and I'm pleased to announce that Raquel Norton has agreed to take over as State Director which will be a great help for me. She's managed to take a cranky tossed around problem child and turn him into a cupcake that is smiling and happy in his new home!

We still need more volunteers and foster homes all over the country so if you can help and would like to get more involved please let us know by going to our webpage, YorkieRescue.com and filling out a volunteer form and I will call you and get you started.

In the meantime thanks to all of you for your support in all the different ways that help us achieve all the successful elements necessary for an organization of this size.
