2022 4% Housing Tax Credit Awards Announced 

DCA has sent all final Select and Non-Select Letters, Threshold and Scoring determinations, and applicable rubrics for the 2022 4% HTC/Private Activity Bonds Competitive Round to applicant primary and alternate contacts. 

Please contact Felecia.Speakman@dca.ga.gov and Meagan.Cutler@dca.ga.gov if you have not received your Final Applicant Workbook from DCA by Friday, March 10, 2023, at 5:00 pm EST.  

DCA will send further Pre-Application and Full Application Submission instructions to selected Applicants in the next week.
 
The 2022 4% HTC/Bonds Selected Projects List has been posted on the DCA website.

DCA does not send email blasts each time new responses are posted. Please monitor the “Updated” date by the DCA Responses document to check for additional responses.
