In the Skatium's five wonderful decades –– in addition to being the home of nationally-recognized hockey and figure skating programs –– it has hosted events such as the Chicago Blackhawks' first Alumni game in 1988, featuring Stan Mikita, Tony Esposito and Keith Magnuson.
From 2003-2010, the Arena hosted 'Superstars on Ice,' welcoming Olympians and world champions such as Scott Hamilton, Sasha Cohen, Todd Eldredge, Evan Lysacek, Johnny Weir, Kurt Browning, Yuka Sato, Kimmie Meissner and Irina Slutskaya.
Stop by, check us out, and celebrate this fantastic milestone!

District registration system unavailable
Monday–Tuesday for 16 hours
|
In order to improve the efficiency of the Skokie Park District registration system (RecTrac & WebTrac), including the district's summer camp registration in February, the system will be migrated to the cloud beginning Monday evening at 9 p.m. Our IT department estimates a 16 hour migration, hopefully ending by Tuesday at 1 p.m.
All registration will be on hold during that period, however all facilities and programs will be operational.
We expect the move to make for a better user registration experience going forward, and we thank you for you patience and apologize for any inconvenience.
