Shrove Tuesday

• Tuesday, 21 February | 6.30 - 8.00pm
• Join us for pancakes, fellowship, bingo, and pancake races sponsored by the EYC! Cost is $3/person; $10/max family. Don't forget to bring your palms from last year so we can burn them to make ashes for our Ash Wednesday liturgies.

Ash Wednesday

• Wednesday, 2nd March | 7.00 am + 12.00 n + 7.00 pm
• We begin our 40-day Lenten journey on Ash Wednesday. We will have three liturgies. The 7am liturgy is Imposition of Ashes but no Eucharist, and it will last approximately 25 minutes. The 12 noon liturgy is Low Mass with the Imposition of Ashes. The 7 pm liturgy is a Choral Mass with the Imposition of Ashes.
• The Sacrament of Confession will be offered following the 7am and 12n Masses in the Lady Chapel. You may also schedule a time to make your confession anytime during the season of Lent. Contact Father Tripp.

The disciplines of Lent: prayer, fasting, and almsgiving are the way God calls us to prepare for Easter. At this crucial time in our parish life, an extra donation (in addition to your regular giving) will be extremely helpful in supporting our parish ministries and proclamation of the Gospel.
