Shared Decision-Making Guide for PCV20 Vaccination Against Pneumococcal Disease
Adults over the age of 65 may be at increased risk of exposure to pneumococcal disease and may be at heightened risk of severe disease if they are immunocompromised or have one or more chronic health conditions. If it has been five years or more since their previous pneumococcal vaccination and they fall into a high-risk group, these adults may have the option of receiving the PCV20 Vaccine to offer further protection.
