The entire BUMC community is invited to the annual Medical Student Research Symposium that highlights research conducted by medical students who participated in the Medical Student Summer Research Program for summer, 2022 and other students who have undertaken research. Please join the School community for a virtual symposium that will honor Dr. Rebecca Lee Crumpler’s trailblazing legacy as a scholar, activist and the first Black woman to earn a medical degree in the United States. This panel of accomplished alumnae will reflect on their own experiences as physicians, their time in medical school and how Dr. Crumpler’s legacy impacts their work with patients, students and communities.

Art Days was started by Dean Emeritus Aram Chobanian to foster the support and growth of the creative arts at BUMC. The exhibition is mounted by the Creative Arts Society.
