Joyce Li, CFA, CFP®, is a seasoned investor, entrepreneur, and board director with over two decades of experience in global asset management. As co-founder and CEO of Averanda Inc., she leverages her investment expertise and technology background to build AI-driven solutions that reimagine financial planning and wealth management. Previously, Joyce served as a Portfolio Manager at Matthews International Capital Management, managing multi-billion dollar investment portfolios in international equities. In addition to founding a business and investing in AI, she lends her strategic perspectives on risk, governance, and investor communications to corporate directors on building future-ready boards. Joyce holds an MBA from the Wharton School, where she was a Palmer Scholar and a Master’s in Computer Science from the University of Virginia.

Helen H. Liang, PhD, Founder and Managing Partner of FoundersX Ventures is based in Silicon Valley. Helen founded the pioneering venture capital firm in 2016, investing in entrepreneurs defining the future and breaking barriers in enterprise AI, Fintech, digital health, and biotech. She has built a strong investment team carrying out in-depth research on frontier technologies and investment opportunities. She is an early investor in multiple tech unicorns, generating outstanding investment returns. Helen is featured in The Wall Street Journal and Business Insider as a pioneering tech VC and serves as a board director in multiple PreIPO companies. She is an invited speaker at TechCrunch and a guest lecturer at Stanford.
