Learn more about being a delegate to the UUA General Assembly (GA)

Have you ever wondered what it is like to go to the annual Unitarian Universalist Association's General Assembly (GA), either in person or virtually? Want to have a say in larger denominational affairs? Interested in becoming a GA delegate for this church but are not sure how?

Come to an informal GA Forum this Sunday to learn more about GA and the delegate process. Former GA delegates from our church will talk a little bit about their experiences with GA, both in person and virtual, and what it means to be a delegate. Then the floor will be opened up to questions. Board members will also be present to answer questions about how this year's delegates will be selected. We hope you will join us! More info: uua.org/ga. This year's GA will be held June 21 - 25, 2023 in Pittsburgh, PA.

Apply to be a delegate to the GA

This year we are asking folks interested in being a delegate to GA from UUCB to fill out a short online application, found here: 2023 GA Delegate Application form. The board will begin reviewing applications March 5. Application received by March 3 with be given first priority.
