We haven't done a Vertical Tasting for a while, so here we go.

A ‘vertical’ allows you to see the evolution of a specific wine over time, as well as to better understand the effect of growing conditions in different vintages, plus any changes to techniques in the winery.

It's way cool, and an opportunity that doesn't present itself often.
