Congratulations to Karey Bresenhan for founding International Quilt Festival 50 years ago. This colorful fabric world mixed with design, passion, skill, and wonderment is an annual mecca for me and an international array of quilt professionals and enthusiasts. Quilt Festival is a highlight of my professional and personal worlds stitched together with friendship.
I'm proud to say I have had one quilt, "Color Splash," hang at three International Quilt Festivals. Enjoy a few pics taken this week in Houston. Thank you, Karey, for creating, curating, and elevating our world of quilts.
