VENDOR SET UP CLOSES AT 4:00 PM

If you arrive after 4:00 pm you will be asked to move to your specified location on Tuesday morning at 8:00 am. Please plan on being at your rig and ready to move on Tuesday morning if you come in after 4:30 pm on Monday.

(i.e. semi, trailer, etc) We are requesting you show up on Monday. Starting Tuesday it may be difficult to get you into your space and we may have to move you to a less desirable location.

Jeff Smith will be in touch to coordinate the move in with you. The later you arrive may effect your location. We can only hold the shade spots for so long.

SMALLER VENDORS ARRIVE AFTER TUESDAY MORNING

Vendors with smaller 10x10 and 10x20 spaces have greater flexibility with setting up AFTER Monday.

These spaces will likely fit into spaces between Semi Trailers and spots that are established after the big rigs get into place.

PENALTY FOR PULLING OUT EARLY DUE TO SAFETY CONCERNS

WE KNOW YOU WANT TO LEAVE EARLY BUT...

Parking will be tight so leaving early is not going to be an easy option. There will be a penalty of $500 to vendors that leave early, payable to a Charity of our choice.

DONATIONS FOR THE CHARITY RAFFLE

Charity Raffle Tickets - are purchased from the non-profit vendor booth where they advise the buyers to walk around and decide which vendor booth has the item they would like to win and drop their raffle ticket in their bucket.

Charity Raffle Gift - Pick an item for your raffle gift that will create a buzz and draw in the most people. Display this item and have a fun drop box for the raffle tickets. Example: BFG uses a tire with plexy glass.

Coolest Raffle Ticket Drop Contest - The vendor booth with the coolest bucket, voted on by world renowned professional skier Glenn Plake. Hint hint: He loves flashy bright colors and crazy designs. Winner will receive a free $300 vendor booth the following year. The winner will be messaged by Rich Klein, personally.

Raffle Winners will be announced on Saturday, October 7th at 6:00pm on the Monster Sample Stage.

CHARITY GOLF TOURNEY

TRAIL HERO 2024

The 9th Annual Trail Hero event is October 1-5, 2024. Trail Hero is a week-long event with 5 days of guided trails, a golf tourney, parties, concerts and more orientated around a family atmosphere in Southern Utah. Join us October 1-5, 2024, to have the most fun you can have in 4-wheel drive! Trail Hero 2024 marks our ninth annual event, and we have made some awesome changes and additions that you will not want to miss! Come for one day, come for the whole week! This is one event with lots of memories!
