There are two registration types available for you to choose from: In-Person Registration and Enduring Materials Registration! For ACVR Diplomates, either type of meeting registration will satisfy the diplomate meeting attendance requirements.

Reminder to Residency Directors - Resident Reporting & Biannual Resident Assessment Due July 31


Please be sure to register your residents (including newly matched candidates starting this summer) with the administrative office this summer. Timely reporting from our approved programs ensures accurate records and allows for a smoother experience for your residents. The Resident Reporting Form can be found on our website. Once your residents are registered with ACVR, administrative staff will be in touch to finalize their website account.


Biannual Resident Evaluations are due July 31, 2024. As a reminder, each resident will need a separate review form. (For example - if you have 3 residents, you will need to submit this form 3 times.) This form can be found on our website.

AVTDI Seeking Diplomate Speakers for 2024 Conference


AVTDI is in search of more speakers at the 2024 Annual Conference in Norfolk, VA this October. Please email the Technician Program Chair, Lisa Chant, if you are interested in learning more.

Reminder: Nuclear Medicine Textbook Available in the ACVR Shop


The Textbook of Veterinary Nuclear Medicine is edited by Gregory B. Daniel and Clifford R. Berry. This textbook covers small and large animals (limited) and the book’s purpose is to advance the field of veterinary nuclear medicine by providing an instructional aid to those learning the subject as well as to serve as a reference text for those performing routine nuclear medicine studies. The textbook is 422 pages long and includes a CD with case materials on all of the topics covered within the book.


The Nuclear Medicine textbook is now available in the ACVR Shop. Questions can be directed to acvr@pamedsoc.org.

Resident Research Grant Award Updates Due July 31


A reminder to Resident Research Grant Award Winners that the ACVR Annual Grant Report Form must be submitted annually by July 31, 2024.
