IMPORTANT: Exhibitors that have not reserved their show services including sign hanging - It is imperative that you pre-order TODAY, not only to receive discounted pricing, but to ensure services and products are available in time. The sign hanging crews cannot guarantee your sign will be hung in time for opening day if your order is not received by TODAY. And, January 4th is the deadline to receive the advance pricing.

Remember to order your name badges. All badges ordered after today will not be mailed, but held on-site for pick-up at the show office (Salon 103).
 
For security purposes, exhibitor badges are for the exclusive use of the person named on the face; they are not transferable.

List Your Boats Today!

Consumers are now using our website to Search Boats on Display at the 2023 Toronto Boat Show and plan their boat show visit.
 
Our online showcase allows boat buyers to pre-shop the show, search by boat brand, view pricing and schedule appointments with dealers during the show. 
 
Make sure your boats among the boats currently listed online as attendees research their next boat purchase!

The Toronto Boat Show website features our “Online Inventory Showroom”. This provides the attendees with a comprehensive listing of boats on display at the 2023 show. BoatDealers.ca will be operating the showroom as the “Official Boat Listing Service” of the show.

If you are a dealer or manufacturer that are displaying boats at the show take advantage of this opportunity to generate interest in your boats before and after the show.

Please email TIBS@BoatDealers.ca the following:
  • Booth Number(s)
  • Other Participating Dealers
  • Information on the boats your dealership are bringing to the show;
Current BoatDealers.ca Customers:
Simply send the Stock# or Boat ID of the boats you are displaying at the show.
Your used & approved new boats (not on display) will also be featured in the Boat Finder.

Non BoatDealers.ca Customers:
Request a login to MyDealers.ca to upload photos and description in a few simple clicks.

New This Year ~ FREE WIFI
Exhibition Place/Enercare Centre announces FREE WIFI for all exhibitors and consumers!

Being connected at the boat show free of charge will support necessary online interactions between exhibitors and consumers.

The Free WIFI will be for low data transfer, good for email and QR Code scanning from our info centers at the show directing consumers to your exhibit.

Note: The free WIFI speed may not be adequate for applications such as video displays, credit card transactions or anything requiring great bandwidth.

Exhibitor Pre-Show Check-in & Staging
BOAT SPACE EXHIBITORS have access to the Advance Holding Area (Lot 852/Lot 2) now:

  • Exhibitors may utilize the staging yard to pre-stage boats. 
  • Park in the extreme south areas towards Lakeshore Boulevard.
  • Please ensure you don't block any other boats, as their move-in time may be earlier than yours. 
After move-in is complete, trailers may not remain in this lot. If they do, they will be towed. Empty trailers should be moved to one of these lots:
  • Better Living Centre - boat trailer storage with non-fuel source.
  • Gore Lot - boat trailer storage with & without fuel source.
  • Lot 856, behind Raptor Training Facility - boat trailer storage with & without fuel source.

COTTAGE COUNTRY & MARINER'S MARKETPLACE EXHIBITORS check-in at the staging trailer circled in red below Wednesday January 18th (Targeted Bulk Exhibits) & Thursday January 19th (Booth Exhibits). The person in the staging trailer will issue you a move-in card required to enter the show floor.

  • You will then be routed to the loading dock/door closest to your booth for entry into the venue and proceed setting up your booth making sure you are ready for business starting 12-Noon "First Look Friday" January 20th.

  • Forklifts will be available on-site (see fork-lift order desk in Main Hall when you arrive)
