Dear Tubman Families,

We have some exciting events and important reminders for the week ahead!

Today there will be no school in observance of Indigenous Peoples’ Day. This day is an important time to honor and recognize the histories, cultures, and contributions of Indigenous peoples across the Americas. It serves as a reminder of the resilience and significance of these communities, and we encourage our students and families to take time to reflect and learn.

On Tuesday, we will host a volunteer orientation at 8:15 a.m. in the lunchroom for parents interested in getting involved at our school. Please join us if you can! We will also have our scheduled lockdown drill to ensure student safety.

On Wednesday, we’re looking forward to celebrating Bulldog Buddies Unity Day, promoting kindness, unity, and inclusivity among our students.

Finally, don’t forget to join us for the Tubman Fall Fest on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. It’s going to be a fun-filled event for the entire family, and we can’t wait to see you there!
