RESIDENT RIGHTS MONTH

The San Francisco Long-Term Care Ombudsman program, in coordination with Felton, provides advocacy, education and empowerment to residents in skilled nursing and residential care facilities throughout San Francisco.

Ombudsmen ask the questions no one else does: "Are you happy with your care?", "Do you feel heard?", "Is there anything you need that you are not getting?", " Are you safe, are you comfortable?"
