From the Rector

Dear St. Christopher's Family,

Scripture tells us that to all things there is a season. Unfortunately our season with Music Minister, Rob Passow, is ending. Rob and his husband Patrick had the opportunity to buy a home near their children and grandchildren and they took advantage of the moment and are moving back to North Carolina. I am so grateful for the time we had with Rob - his energy for liturgy and his enthusiasm for our choir has been a shot in the arm. We will wish him good-bye and safe travels on Sunday, March 12th. Going forward we will have an interim leader as we search for the person God is calling to serve with us.

peace, Rev. Carey

Working through Action by Churches Together Alliance (ACT Alliance), Episcopal Relief & Development will rapidly respond to the disaster through existing networks by providing supplies including winterization kits, hot meals and other food, medicine and emergency support. The organization is also in contact with other local partners as they assess the needs of their communities.

Please continue to pray for those who have been affected by the earthquake. Donations to the Turkey and Syria Earthquake Response Fund will help the organization to continue to respond to communities impacted by this disaster. (Click on the link to donate.)
