Small Business Growth Fund Grant

In partnership with GEN, the Small Business Growth Fund provides the capital high-growth small business owners need to make their next big move. Each recipient will receive a $25,000 grant, provided by Mastercard, to accelerate their growth and achieve their goals in 2023. Apply before 6 p.m. on January 6, 2023, to be considered.

Eligible businesses must:

Be a for-profit business
Have less than $1M in 2021 gross annual revenue
Have a commitment to their customers and community
Have a clear plan for how the funds will help them achieve a significant growth milestone in 2023

Florida is the Nation's Fastest Growing State

"After decades of rapid population increase, Florida now is the nation’s fastest-growing state for the first time since 1957, according to the U.S. Census Bureau’s Vintage 2022 population estimates released. Florida’s population increased by 1.9% to 22,244,823 between 2021 and 2022, surpassing Idaho, the previous year’s fastest-growing state.

The Florida 2030 Blueprint

"Florida is now the third most populous state and by 2030, 26 million Floridians will call Florida home; 1.62 million net new jobs will be needed to accommodate expected population growth. To prepare for this continued growth and ensure Florida remains successful, the Florida Chamber Foundation has released the blueprint for Florida’s future — Florida 2030. This two-year research program engaged business and community leaders in each of Florida’s 67 counties and identified key trends and the factors that drive their regional economies. Florida 2030 is our opportunity to work together to strengthen your community, business, and future. The future belongs to all Floridians and we need your help for the long term."
