San Gabriel Invites Families to Join the
78th Annual “Egg”straordinary Pancake Breakfast &
Egg Hunt on April 8
The City of San Gabriel and the San Gabriel Kiwanis Club are hosting its 78th Annual “Egg”straordinary Pancake Breakfast & Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 8 from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Smith Park. This free event features a variety of fun family-friendly activities including a kids’ easter egg hunt and a pancake race, during which contestants balance a pancake on their spatula while running 100 yards. Festivities also include a bubble fun zone, a coloring contest, an arts and crafts booth, and a photo opportunity with Mr. Bunny.
A pancake breakfast, comprised of pancakes, sausages, juice, coffee, and milk, is available for a donation of $5.
Timeline
7:00 a.m. – Pancake breakfast begins
10:00 a.m. – Pancake race begins
11:00 a.m. – Kids’ egg hunt begins
