Adult Programs
Beneath Tudor Bedsheets
Ehris and Velya Urban, of The Grounded Goodwife, are returning to deliver another entertaining and informative 'Herstory Unsanitized' historical program! This time they will explore the Tudor era in a two-part series: Beneath Tudor Bedsheets (March 23) and Frilled to Meet You (April 13). People are captivated by the Tudor era and King Henry VIII's wed, bed, and behead philosophy. But, are they aware that despite the fact that this era (1485 - 1603) saw two queens ruling the throne, women were raised to serve and obey men? Join us, virtually or in-person, for this engaging program in honor of Women's History Month on Thursday, March 23 at 6 PM. As both Ehris and Velya now reside in Mexico, this program will be delivered via Zoom. To participate from your home, register using the button below to receive the special Zoom link for viewing.
Tech Tutor

All are invited to develop their tech skills with us! Schedule a 30-minute appointment and receive some one-on-one instruction on basic computer tasks. Appointments can be made for Tuesday, March 7, 14, 21, or 28. Appointments begin at 10 AM and run every 30 minutes until 12 PM. Call 814-362-6527 or click the button below to register.
Side Hustle

Everyone's path to business ownership is different. During National Quilting Month and Women's History Month, entrepreneur, Judy Brown will discuss her inspiration and the growth of her Little Fabric Garden from a humble home-based business to a destination store in the historic business district of downtown Bradford!
Side Hustle is a prerecorded, virtual program that will air on the library's Facebook page and YouTube channel on Thursday, March 2.
Tatting for Beginners
Local tatting enthusiast, Anne Bouquin will lead a class, designed especially for beginners on Saturday, March 11 at 10 AM. This free class will supply the materials and tools necessary for instruction and the creation of a tatting project.
Registration is necessary, as participation will be limited to six (6) individuals. This will allow for adequate one-on-one attention so participants can easily master the demonstrated technique.
Trivia Night

Let's test your knowledge of famous women and other miscellaneous facts during our next Trivia Night. Form your teams (4 ppl. max.) or play individually. Either way, it is sure to be a blast!

Love Letters to the Dead

It begins as an assignment for English class: Write a letter to a dead person. Laurel chooses Kurt Cobain because her sister, May, loved him. And he died young, just like May did. Soon, Laurel has a notebook full of letters to people.

Story Seekers

Story Seekers is a fun-filled program for 0-5 year old children and their parents or caregivers. Hear great stories, sing a few songs, and complete a craft or two! Story Seekers meets every Monday and Friday at 11 AM.
Juice Box Heroes

Join Jim Ronan for music and fun on Wednesday, March 15 at 11 AM! Juice Box Heroes is an in-person event that is held in the Children's library. We will be singing, dancing, laughing, and making lots of music!
