Discover Your Drivers and Beliefs

Did you polish and re-polish your presentation? Must you finish the team’s project yourself, because you know best? How can you take time to support someone else, when your day is fully scheduled?

These messages -- Be Perfect. Be Strong. Be There for Others. -- have been broadcast to women since childhood. Perhaps they have become beliefs and are interfering with your professional and personal goals.

Learn how you can work on changing your behaviour to achieve your potential. Gain tips on how to be more efficient and achieve a more balanced life.

Before the session, each participant will be sent a short quiz to identify her own attitudes. This session will be in French.

Networking over drinks and canapés will follow the discussion.

Marie Solange Doncieux is a coach, graduate of the DESU Paris 8 and certified PCM (Process Communication Management), since 2007. She has worked for 15 years in the media industry in sales, communication and HR management positions and has acquired a strong expertise in change management and organisation. Anne Bretel

Co-Founder, Femmes et Managers

Anne Bretel is a coach, specialising in individual and collective support for managers in leadership development, performance improvement, change management and communication management. Coming from the business world, she has held various general management positions. She has developed a solid experience of management at the highest level, in a national and international context.
