Ambassador Dr. Margaret Dureke is a Presidential Lifetime Achievement Awardee, Honorary Doctorate of entrepreneurship and business, Founder and Executive Director of an Economic Empowerment and Educational nonprofit organization called WETATi Academy, MargaretSpeaks, personal and business development training platform; Renowned International ‘Moxie Motivational Speaker’, Author of several personal and business development books, Publisher, serial Entrepreneur, and Gambian Goodwill Ambassador, recipient of the U S Army McArthur Woman of Excellence award, to mention but a few. She’s a renowned international “moxie motivational speaker”- Washington Post. As a result of her humanitarian and philanthropist work in Gambia and around the world, she was appointed Gambian Goodwill Ambassador- 2016.
Her mission is to pursue her vision and passion of helping other people realize their dreams through the WETATi Academy program, the Margaretspeaks platform; and to be the change she would like to see in the world through practical entrepreneurship education and economic empowerment and emancipation. Margaret would be the first to tell you that the benefit of going through a challenge or adversity in life is so, you can use that experience to help others.
She is married to her husband John Dureke for over 36 years and together they have three beautiful, talented and brilliant daughters who are also success entrepreneurs.

Dr. James Cooley is the recipient of the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award and also has an Honorary Doctor of Philosophy Degree from Trinity International University Ambassadors (T.I.U.A School of Business and part of the United Nations). Dr. Cooley is a motivational speaker and a retired Navy Officer (23 years) born in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
Dr. Cooley is a Doctoral Student at Concordia University (E.D.D. Transformational Leadership). His educational background includes a Masters of Public Administration (MPA) from Central Michigan University, Executive MBA Masters Certificates and Executive Master Certificate Transformational Non-Profit Leadership and Management from the University of Notre Dame. He graduated From Villanova University with several Masters Certificates in Six Sigma (Black Belt Certified), Lean Enterprise Solutions, Applied Project Management, Masters in IS/IT Project Management, Masters in Information Security Management – GOVERNMENT, Masters in Information Systems Security, and Masters in Organizational Leadership. He resides in Temecula, California and Fort Worth, Texas with his wife of almost 15 years Michelle.
