IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR DUNCANVILLE WATER UTILITY CUSTOMERS

In November 2024, the City of Duncanville water utility department will be transitioning to a new payment processor. As part of this update, customers who use recurring payments will need to re-enter their credit card information once the change is complete. Additionally, customers who utilize Pay-by-Phone will need to dial a new number for phone payments.

These changes will not impact customers who pay by bank draft (ACH) or in person.

We encourage you to stay informed by visiting this page for the latest updates.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to enhance your payment experience.

On Tuesday, October 15, 2024, Chief of Police Matt Stogner presented Officer Figueroa with a Life-Saving Award during the City Council Regular Meeting. On September 6, 2024, Officer Figueroa responded to a medical call where a woman had given birth, and the newborn was not breathing. Upon arrival at the scene, she immediately performed life-saving measures that allowed the infant to expel fluids and begin breathing. Ahead of the award presentation, Officer Figueroa was interviewed by NBCDFW 5 and Fox 4.
