Dear Friend of Mercy,
A survey was sent in August to all stakeholders (students, parents, teachers, support staff, department chairs, administrators, donors, board members and alumnae) asking for information regarding future school priorities. Out of this input and the efforts of a representative Strategic Plan Committee, we developed:
- Catholic Identity & Mission Integration
- Learning
- Profile of the Graduate
- Operational Resource Management
- Mission Advancement
- Leadership
- An Operational Plan detailing support for the priorities
We are proud of the many strengths that were identified through this process as being uniquely part of a Mercy education and experience. We are energized to continue our school improvement journey that promotes support for all students with a holistic approach in developing the whole young woman.
Thank you to all constituents for your participation in survey requests that provided valuable feedback. You helped to set priorities for our mission, vision, school, and students for the next five years.
