  2. Observe — Notice what aspect of nature catches your eye or your breath. Observe it for a while. Be attentive to how it may lead to a mental, physical, or spiritual shift (or lift) for you.
  3. Wonder — Be curious about what life-affirming message that aspect of nature might have for you. Consider creatively responding to that message.

SPRINGS PRESERVE BUTTERFLY HABITAT

Wander the Springs Preserve's enclosed Butterfly Habitat and experience the fascinating dance between free-flying butterflies. Observe the plants that sustain butterflies and learn how these representatives of transformation and freedom serve as important pollinators to our ecosystem. HENDERSON MONARCH BUTTERFLY GARDEN

The City of Henderson recently introduced a Monarch Butterfly Garden at the Henderson Bird Viewing Preserve. The garden, which features nectar and milkweed plants, a walking path, interpretive signage, and a mural by Shan Michael Evans (featured), is expected to attract Monarchs in the summer months.
