Join us for a luncheon with Cottingham & Butler CEO, David Becker


David leads the company’s overall business operations for Cottingham & Butler and its subsidiaries.


Prior to joining Cottingham & Butler, David spent 8 years with McKinsey & Company in Chicago, where he was a Partner specializing in issues related to strategy and marketing. Before McKinsey, David worked for IBM in a sales and marketing capacity.


David earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis, graduating magna cum laude. David also holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School, graduating magna cum laude.

Jeffery Bullock became the 11th president of University of Dubuque in 1998. Since his presidency, the University’s enrollment has grown from 600 to 2,375. Bullock’s educational background includes a BA from Seattle Pacific University, a MDiv from Pittsburgh Theological Seminary, and an MA and PhD in Speech Communication from the University of Washington.
