The tutor, Debbie Sheringham


With an M.A. in Dance Movement Psychotherapy and a B.A. in Music, Debbie well understands the role of music and movement in healing and wellbeing. She has a rich and diverse professional background, having been for many years a producer for BBC Radio 4 while, more recently, a Mental Health Practitioner within the NHS. She is the Founder and CEO of Respair Therapy C.I.C.

Nutrition November


Naturopathic Nutrition combines the sciences of biochemistry and nutrition with natural and alternative therapies and lifestyle changes so that you can impact your health in a positive and sustainable way, while improving your overall quality of life.

 

Using food as medicine and with the same holistic principles which underpin Naturopathy, a Nutritional therapist aims to work with the person as a whole, addressing the underlying imbalances that may be impacting health, rather than just managing symptoms.

The tutor, Terri Nagib


Terri is a naturopathic nutritional therapist who combines the sciences of biochemistry and nutrition with natural therapies and lifestyle change.


Terri is passionate about helping people to feel better, more energetic and vibrant through nourishment with whole foods and stress management. 

With a special interest in digestive and women's health, Terri supports people who experience a wide range of health issues: from those managing chronic long-term conditions to those who are working towards health goals such as weight loss.


Terri has a qualification in Nutritional Therapy from the College of Naturopathic Medicine, is a trained Breathwork and Pranayama teacher and an experienced Yoga instructor.
