At Advent's 52nd Annual Live Nativity you can take a journey through the Christmas story, seeing scenes and hearing the story from the Bible as you are led by a shepherd guide!

Since 1970 we have been known to the community for our yearly roadside live manger scene, complete with costumes and live animals, free food, and live music!

Hundreds of people each year have all their senses engaged and fill the church as they are filled with the spirit and story of the season.

We hope you'll come and invite your neighbors, friends, and family to get into the spirit and real reason for the season!

Need time to go Christmas shopping, have a date, or just take a break? Advent's Staff has you covered!

On December 7 from 6-8pm bring kids ages 3 (potty trained) - 11 years old to play games and watch a movie with the staff at Advent!

Ladies are invited to come together for a short, quiet service which will consist of seasonal music, readings, and a time of preparation for the coming of the Christ Child.

Following the service will be a time of fellowship, tea, and cookies in the Fellowship Hall.

A free-will offering will be taken for Lutheran World Relief.

The mitten tree provides hats, gloves, and mittens for students, who are in need of warm accessories during the winter months. All sizes and types of hats, gloves, and mittens are appreciated.

While the radio sings that "It's the most wonderful time of the year" for many people who are suffering from grief, health, and other issues the days aren’t so merry and bright.

At this worship service we create space to bring our suffering and pain and hear the good news of the One who came down to meet us where we are and show us the love of God in the midst of it all.

Becoming a member at AdventELC is easy! Just sign up and come to the New Member Class on Monday, November 28, and Monday, December 5 at 6:00 pm.

Pastor Aaron will lead participants in exploring what the Lutheran Church believes, teaches, gives, and expects, as well as some things about Advent in particular.

Designed with faith and fun, this service is made especially for families with young children!

Worship features the Christmas story told plainly and simply with puppets, and includes the singing of familiar carols.

Worship includes Holy Communion and we will provide glow sticks as a kid-friendly way to celebrate with "light." Join us at 4:30pm on Christmas Eve.

All are invited to a special Christmas Eve Candlelight Service here at Advent.

There will be a message, Christmas music, Holy Communion, and a candlelit singing of Silent Night.

We hope you will join us for this special worship service at 7:00 pm that celebrates the birth of our Savior, Jesus Christ.

Simply drop your Christmas cards in the special box in the narthex with the name(s) of Advent members written on the front and the youth will alphabetize the cards and have them ready for pickup the following Sunday!

Even if you don't drop off cards be sure to check the table to see if we have any for you!

Youth!

On December 22 at a time yet to be determined, we are going to help with the Salvation Army Christmas Cheer!

This is a Toy & Food Program that takes collected toys and food and distributes them to children and families in this community. Last year more than 11,000 children received Christmas meals and new toys.

We help clients fill their bags and assist them to their cars.
