This meeting will be full of information you and your student need to prepare for high school including important information on graduation requirements; therefore, it is mandatory for both you and your student to attend one of these meetings.

These meetings will take place over Zoom even if school is cancelled due to inclement weather.

PARENTS CAN GET UP TO $500 FOR STUDENT EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES!

The Ohio Afterschool Child Enrichment (ACE) Educational Savings Account program provides funds to a student’s parent or guardian to use on various enrichment and educational activities. Student Accomplishments

Does your student participate in extra-curricular activities outside of TSA? We want to know about it! We want to celebrate our students for all that they do. Whether it is in sports, outside arts organizations, or other activities, email Laura Doles at ldoles@ts4arts.org with the information about the activity as well as a picture we can use to celebrate your student on social media and around the school!

A Word About Weather Delays and cancellations:

As inclement weather season is approaching, please keep in mind that TSA makes its own decisions regarding delays and closures and will not always match Toledo Public Schools. To hear the latest pre-recorded message, call our hotline at 567-318-7710.

TSA family, we are offering everyone a chance to be a VIP at the TSA spring fashion show on Monday, April 24th. Lunch Menus

Time to spoil your favorite teacher with a gift basket from your family!!!

To honor our TSA staff we will be having a catered luncheon on February 17 for staff members and teachers. During this lunch, we will also provide gift baskets as we have in the past few years but we need your help. We are looking for families to sponsor staff members and teachers with a gift basket or donation valued at $40 or above. If you would like to participate in this event, please fill out the link here to select your preferred staff member. Please remember staff picks are on a first come/first choice basis and we will do our best to accommodate your request. The cutoff to select a staff member will be January 27 and the baskets must be dropped off to the office by February 15th.

Autumn Davis will be reaching out to you about your picks.

Enrollment for the 2023-24 School Year

If you have a current student already attending TSA, there is no need to fill out a new lottery application for next school year! Your students will be meeting with their counselors next semester (beginning during 3rd quarter) and will discuss class schedule forms for next school year. Approving their classes and signing the form will secure your spot for next school year. That's all you have to do!

Also, if you have a current student attending TSA, you MAY qualify for our sibling preference for the 2023-2024 school year lottery.

Lottery Applications are available on our website now!

All applications AND all documents MUST be submitted prior to the deadline of January 27th at 3 p.m. to participate in the lottery which is held in February.

Unfortunately, if these deadlines are missed, State Law prevents us from making any exceptions and applications / documents received after the lottery, sibling or not, will unfortunately, according to State Law, be placed at the end of the wait list for your grade level.

Please be aware:

We need to abide by State of Ohio lottery laws. These laws specify that the sibling preference only applies if you have a current student attending TSA at the time of the lottery application. It also specifies that siblings must have at least one same parent(s)/guardian(s) (with documented custody paperwork, if applicable) and the share the same primary residential address in order to qualify.
