Don't hold on to your Passport paperwork too long!


If you've just been approved for Passport funding and have received your Passport package, the service agreement and forms must be signed and returned to your local Passport agency on or before the "Return by" date shown on the approval letter. If you need help completing the package please contact your local agency right away: Find my Passport agency.

We've added a guide to help you fill out the Purchase of Service Invoice Form. The guide will give you helpful tips for each section of the form so you can avoid delays in reimbursements due to invoicing errors.

If you're new to Passport, you may have questions about how the program works. You will find links to helpful videos and documents to get you started at passportfunding.ca/resources. Remember to return the paperwork in your Passport package within 30 days from the date on the letter!
