Plenty of Harvest in India, Pray for More Workers

Jesus said in Luke 10:2, “The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Therefore, pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest.”

Greetings Ministry Partners,

God has opened doors for a great harvest, and we are grateful for your generous support in this mission. Your support is helping to bring the gospel to many, equipping workers, and meeting the needs of those seeking hope and salvation.

As you sow into this work, may God bless you abundantly, fulfilling His promise in Galatians 6:9, “Let us not grow weary in doing good, for in due season we will reap if we do not give up.”

By God’s grace, I visited classes, taught some classes, and started a new class. I also attended a graduation. During this month, we conducted staff prayer meetings to encourage one another. The CCI India ministry is growing, and so are the needs. Kindly pray for a greater harvest of training and equipping lay pastors in all the states of India. Your generous support will make a great ministry impact.

Last month, God enabled us to start two new classes for His glory. We were able to start one class in Amberpet, Telangana with 35 students, and I am teaching them. A teacher from Punjab State started a class with eight students.

Last month, CCI India conducted a graduation service on February 6 at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church. By God's merciful grace, six students graduated. Nearly 25 church members attended, and five graduates were present. One graduate could not participate for health reasons.

Teacher Training Workshop (TTW)

A Teacher Training Workshop (TTW) was held on February 7 and 8. Six people attended the two-day TTW, which was facilitated by the Punjab Area Coordinator. Next month, two people from this training will start classes in different areas. 

The classes in Andhra are conducted regularly for pastors, evangelists, and believers in different cities – Vijayawada, Piduguralla, Miryalguda, Nandhigama, and Kondapalli of Andhra Pradesh. Below are some of the classes conducted in Andhra by coordinator Brother Paul and his team of teachers.

Brother Vinod taught Book 4 on preaching biblical messages and pastoral ministry.

Odisha State

The classes in Odisha are conducted regularly for both pastors and church leaders across the Rayagada, Sundargarh, Nabarangpur, and Sambalpur areas of Odisha. There are a total of 11 classes, with 173 students in training, and they are taught by six teachers in different regions of Odisha state. These are some of the class photos.

All the classes in Telangana are conducted regularly by the CCI teachers. Below are some photos of the classes.

"I am a student in Punjab State, and I am grateful to Pastor L and Pastor M for teaching us God's Word. Through their guidance, I have learned the importance of Jesus' command in Matthew 28:18-19, 'Go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.'

The pastor is teaching us many new things from the Scriptures, which we are applying in our lives and sharing with others. I am especially thankful for the study materials and teachings provided. Please keep us in your prayers so we can continue this study without any obstacles and complete it faithfully. May God help us pass on what we learn to others as well.
