Hello everyone and what a good day it is!
Today, June 28, 2023, Wholistic Self Care has officially opened its doors and begun to share and teach you the ways you can Experience a Healthier You. Over time, I will be making available information and exercises that had only been obtainable privately. Here are a couple of examples of knowledge now accessible to all current members of our email list:
I have talked to you before in Publicly available Videos about my practice Wholistic Therapeutics and Wholistic Self Care , and their intention to equip you with knowledge to better connect mind-body-breath. Through this information you will become more aware of your capacity to self heal through self care, and activate your own healing wisdom. When practiced in a consistent way, you will change.
The word healing means wholeness, so when we learn how to become whole again, we learn how to integrate mind-body-breath, and something magical happens.
In July I will be introducing to you processes that activate healing and wholeness within. The true value of this program is realized when it is practiced as a repetitive listening tool for at least 30 days to 90 days. It took some time to create your chronic pain and it will take some time of dedication, discipline, and devotion to your own self to truly create deep changes in your entire system by changing your energy.
The July program will focus on 3 powers to activate self healing, including both an introduction and a repetitive learning tool to facilitate change. The 3 are:
- Tuning into your healing zone
- Generating loving presence, and
- Deep body and emotional release
