Dear Vendor:

The Knox County Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce the 2025 Watermelon Festival will be held on Friday, August 1st and Saturday, August 2nd at Patrick Henry Square, downtown Vincennes, Indiana. Come be a part of a fun-filled, jam-packed two-day event!!! The Watermelon Festival will include something for everyone:

• Farmer’s Market
• Queen & Baby Contest
• Free Stage Entertainment
• 5K Run/Walk
• Food & Craft Booths

To participate as a vendor in the Watermelon Festival, you will need to complete the enclosed forms. Please mail or deliver the forms and payment to the Knox County Chamber of Commerce office by July 18, 2025. Register by this date to be added as an official vendor of the festival. Prior to the event, an e-mail will be sent confirming vendor space and details regarding the weekend.
