New TBC Online Synagogue Management System Implemented!

Tomorrow, Friday 9/6/2024, we will be launching the new Rakefet Online system for TBC.
  • This new platform will allow members to view and access their accounts, make payments online, edit their personal information, register for membership, school and/or social events, make donations, send cards in honor of members, view the TBC Calendar of events, etc.


  • When you first log in, you will see your entry and basic information already in the system. Only you, the TBC Treasurer and the TBC Office Manager will have access to this information.


  • We are essentially upgrading and automating a lot of our systems and, in a couple of weeks, the old systems will disappear in favor of new ones. As an example, the newer "PayQuiq" system will replace our use of "PayPal."


  • All members will receive an invite via email on Friday from Rakefet to logon to their account. We will also be providing all members with a temporary password by separate email. When logging in for the first time you will be prompted to set up your own password.


  • PayQuiq, our new payment processor has lower fees and you will also see (when you make a payment or donation) an option to add a 'convenience fee' to your payment. We hope that all members will consider this option to reduce the financial burden on TBC. Please note that if you select to pay via ACH (direct debit) the convenience fees are lower than payments made via credit card.
