In the month of January we explore the first four chapters of the Science of Mind Textbook in which Dr. Holmes encapsulated his teaching. This Sunday we will discuss how what we call "God" is a frequency of energy and love. Come learn what this can mean for joy, creativity, abundance, and health.

Each new year, new day, and new moment brings new ideas and understanding. It brings a new understanding of the one and only Power there is: the Power of Love that creates all, encompasses all, and fills my heart and being with joy and gratitude for life.

No matter what is going on in my life, I am always one with this Power, this Spirit, this Creative Intelligence. It is expressing through me, as me, and through all that I do. It is expressing through every fiber of my being as perfect health and through every thought of my mind as love, forgiveness, and blessing.

Knowing this and trusting it, I go forth with confidence and renewed energy to do what is mine to do. I know I am always guided and directed to do what is for the highest and best good. All I need to do is be still and listen. So I take the time and patience to do just that. I find some meditative means through walking or music, reading or being still, and I ask for guidance. I am ready to listen and receive it. I then release all fear and doubt and go forth with trust. I know I have the strength and energy to do what is needed to fulfill my purpose in life. I bring love, joy, and peace wherever I am placed.
