Please read this message and the provisional supplemental rules carefully and ensure that all documents and deadlines are met. Please ensure you read the 2023 Rules and changes to ensure you are in compliance.

IF YOU ARE NOT THE ONE DRIVING YOUR TRUCK / TRAILER TO THIS EVENT, PLEASE ENSURE THEY RECEIVE THIS MESSAGE.

Load-in is extremely straightforward for this event. THERE IS NO OVERNIGHT STAGING AREA AT NOLA. If you are Participating in the Max Track Time event on Thursday your load-in will begin at 5:00 PM on Wednesday. If you are not participating with Max Track Time you will load-in beginning at 2:00 PM on Thursday. If you reserved a parking spot in registration you can make your way to that spot. Pit spaces were plotted to correlate to the RED reserved parking spots if purchased. If you did not purchase parking please use the diagram below to locate your stall so you can park nearby in a GREEN open parking area. If you are participating in a test ahead of the event please ensure you park in the correct spot or you will need to move prior to official WRL load-in at 2:00 PM on Thursday. NO ONE MAY PARK ALONG THE COVERED PIT LANE AREA - THAT IS RESERVED FOR WRL STAFF AND SPONSORS.

RV Spaces with power and water are still available (blue spots in diagram below) if you'd like to reserve one please email registration@racewrl.com

WRL App has been updated with all info for this event - search Apple Store or Google Play store for "World Racing League" for all info in one centralized location.

Load-in for those participating in the Max Track Time open test on Thursday is Weds evening - look for more information from Max Track Time for load-in. Please ensure you park in the correct area or you will need to move.

Load-in for those not participating in the Max Track Time open test will begin Thursday, January 19th @ 2PM.

Tech will open Thursday (Time TBA) for those participating in the Max Track Time event. We are also going to attempt to make some tech slots available Weds evening - look for text updates.

WRL tech is annual - if you have not tech'd your car in 2023 you must submit a completed disclosure worksheet w/ dynojet dyno (horsepower & torque with RPM on x-axis) no later than 1/6/2023 to Race@racewrl.com. Failure to submit by 1/6/2023 may result in your car being DQ'd from podium results / points if tech cannot be completed in time. If you have already tech'd this year and do not need to make changes, no action is required.

You must bring 2 physical copies of your disclosure worksheet to tech inspection.

All team captains and drivers should read and understand the supplemental rules prior to arriving at the event, they can be found at the link below (these supplemental rules are provisional, additional paddock maps and instructions will be added later):

All drivers must be registered for the event on MSR. WITH CURRENT MEMBERSHIP. Deadline 1/6/2023.

All drivers must have a 2023 helmet sticker on their helmets. If you do not have a 2023 (23-xxxx) helmet sticker you must bring a physical copy of the form to registration along with your helmet and plan to stay for the WRL orientation meeting immediately following the driver's meeting.
