PTAE SIG DECEMBER WEBINAR

The third webinar of our 2022-2023 series will be held on Thursday, December 1, 2022, from 7:00 PM EST to 8:00 PM EST. PTAE SIG Presents - Strategies for Improving Licensure Pass Rates: Success Despite COVID.

In this webinar, PTA educators from 4 different programs share curricular changes they've made to maintain/improve their licensure passing rates during the COVID era. Following a brief literature review of known factors that impact licensure exam success, presenters will review strategies that their programs all use, and then each presenter will highlight unique strategies that their program implemented to help ensure success. Each will address the rationale behind their changes and the evidence that validates the success of their changes.

Webinar recordings are available to all APTA members within two weeks in the APTA Learning Center. You do not need to register to access the recordings.

Join us for the 5th Developing Medical Educators of the 21st Century course in San Francisco! We are back with an in-person course, focused on supporting medical educators to engage in transformational change during challenging times. How do we ensure the wellbeing of our learners while also maintaining our own? These and other topics will be addressed in a variety of formats, including plenary sessions by renowned educators, skill-building workshops, consultations with experts, and engaging lunch-time discussions. Participants will have opportunities to network with others and create actionable plans to take home to their own institutions. A group discount will be available for teams from one institution.
