A Note From Anne...

Happy New Year! We all wish you the best for the New Year and hope you can widdle down your stash and find that you need more fabric to fill in and refresh. We are here for you and because of you!!

December weather was pretty hard on us and because of that we are going to extend some of our sales. All of the Wonderful Machine Specials are going to continue through January. We know that prices will take an increase in the near future, so we are offering you the best price for the best machines. Also we are moving the Christmas downstairs but we are leaving it at 30% off for the time being. The clearance fabric is being restocked and will be priced at 20% off.

There is a new Click Big Deal for you to watch for. It will be offered on January 9, 2023 on KNBN TV. Buy the coupon for $15.00 and redeem at Quilt Connection or Quilt Connection 2 for $30.00. You will have 2 months to redeem the coupon. So please keep that in mind and don't let the time get away.

We had high hopes of starting our Jacquline de Jonge Paper Piecing class in February, but the delivery date on the patterns has been pushed back until early February so we made the decision to back up our start date so we don't have to be rushed. We are sorry this is happening, but we have no control.

We have lots of new thoughts and ideas that we want to implement in 2023 so stay tuned and see if one might just pique your interest.

Paper piecing class for intermediate skill level. Each table runner finishes at 20"x60.5". Over the course of fourth months you will piece one of these beautiful table runners. But we guarantee you will want to make this beautiful runner in all four seasonal palettes. Melissa Grote will be teaching this class.

We have been notified that shipping has been delayed so we will be moving classes to March, April, May, and June.

Beginning Quilting Class

Come learn the basics of quilting while constructing a small baby quilt. You will leave this class knowing how to choose and use thread, needles, cutters and rules, and how to choose the best fabrics for your project. You will learn how to construct a nine patch and half square triangle blocks and how strip piecing makes block construction easy and fast! All of this is done while meeting new people and enjoying being a part of the quilt community in a small group. Space is limited so sign up soon! Only 8 seats available.

Machine Owners Classes

If you purchased your machine from Quilt Connection the classes are free.

There is a $40.00 charge if you purchased somewhere else and want the lessons.

There will still be some safety measures in place. We are limiting the class size to 4 people so everyone can feel comfortable.

Please bring your own machine. We can help you bring the machine into the shop if you need assistance and will carry the machine down and up the stairs for you.

Please do not take these classes out of order. You will get more out of the classes and learn a lot more it you take them in order. If your machine is not an embroidery machine and is sewing only you will need to take just the first two classes. We will be holding these classes every month, so if you have a conflict with a date, you will be able to catch up the following month.
