THANK YOU!

We would like to extend our gratitude to our clients for their remarkable kindness and support towards our crews during the sweltering days of August, where temperatures soared above 99 degrees and humidity levels made outdoor work particularly challenging. Your thoughtful gestures —whether it was providing refreshing bottles of water, allowing our team much-needed breaks in the shade, or offering encouraging words— have made a significant difference in sustaining our workers' spirits and motivation.

Your appreciation, expressed through calls to our office or acts of kindness on-site, not only uplifts our crews but also reinforces the strong partnership we cherish with you.

PREP FOR THE FALL

FESCUE AERATING & OVERSEEDING

Fall is right around the corner, and if you have Fescue grass, Fall is the perfect time to do aerating and overseeding.

It has been a very hot Summer and Fescue will need your help to recover.

Aerating allows oxygen, water, and nutrients to get down to the roots, which is necessary for growth and improves the health of your lawn.

We also offer yard cleanups if your yard need attentions.

Make sure to contact us to be added to our list or if you need an estimate give us a call 678-851-2142.

Questions? You're welcome to give us a call in the office at 678-851-2142 or email us with questions.

OUR AUGUST PROJECTS

We had a busy month. It was HOT! but we accomplished a lot.

Click on pictures for more info...

MAINTENANCE

  • Beautiful Bermuda lawn our team maintains in Lilburn. Using a reel mower really helps you achieve that “golf course” look.

HARDSCAPING PROJECT

  • This project had 2 parts. First was a large raised platform built with block and crush run and gravel. Second part was to install a drain off the existing concrete patio to drain the rain water.

FENCE INSTALLATION

  • This project was a custom privacy fence installation by a pool. We use the beautiful wood from our partners at Cofer Brothers.

WE GIVE BACK!

  • This August, we build the 2nd Bullpens for the baseball kids at Mountain Park (MPAA). We made it just before the season started!
  • We also sponsored the Parkview Football team and donated the 8 gallons of orange, white and blue concrete paint they needed to repaint all the paws on the ground at Parkview High School, during their annual seniors paws painting day.

IRRIGATION INSTALLATION

  • This project was a hot one, as it was 99+ degrees that day.
  • Irrigation Pump installation, and new control clock with rain sensor. We also added some heads to the existing zones to cover some new plants the client had installed. The pump uses the water from lake behind the house, saving the homeowner on water bill.

HARDSCAPING PROJECT

  • This project was the installation of a brick mailbox with custom address plaque. We were able to found bricks that matched the color of the ranch style house. It turned out very nice.

HARDSCAPING PROJECT

  • This was 1 of 2 parts for the Shallowford Presbyterian Church, hardscape work. We were asked to make this small memorial area. We made a seat wall, walkway with railing, installed 3 bird houses and two benches. Next project will be the plants, that we will install in October.

EROSION CONTROL

  • Before and after pictures talk loud. Here we fixed an erosion area that was washing away. We made a rock bed transition with stepping stones, to stop the erosion and give the area a nicer look. We also performed a large clean up of vegetation and covered the beds with pine straw.

IN AUGUST, WE ALSO DID...

  • Channel drain,
  • Irrigation repairs (lots) and installations,
  • Sod installations (lots of it!),
  • Erosion control,
  • Long needle pine straw and mulch installations,
  • Pine straw deliveries,
  • Commercial cleanups,
  • Yard initial cleanups,
  • Yard consults, advises and suggestions
  • Community work...
