Week of June 5

Working: Greeley to Jay

This week, Idaho to Jay will be included in the closures for continuing construction. Construction will be taking place from Greeley to Jay.

Watermain installation will begin this week and continue for the next 2 weeks.

Our hope is Xcel will also be working on installing the new gas main services between Estes and Greeley for the residential homes assuming completion of the gas main last week. They have targeted a completion date for the gas service of June 12.

Week of June 12

Working: Greeley to Jay

Construction will continue on Charlotte from Greeley to Idaho and the installation of sewer line and services will happen from Idaho to Jay.

Watermain installation will continue and, pending approval of pressure testing and chlorine testing, the crew will begin to service establishments.

Week of June 19

Working: Greeley to Jay

This week will tentatively be focusing on the installation of water line services.

The demolition of existing sidewalk on the south side of Charlotte is also estimated to begin around this time.

During construction in this segment between Greeley and Idaho, the contractor will be moving trash cans to a location for the solid waste trucks to pick up all of the trash and recycling for the residents and then moving the cans back to their home locations. Access is accommodated through the alleyways behind the homes.
