5TH ANNUAL RC TEEN SUMMIT

The City of Rancho Cucamonga's Healthy RC initiative invites you to our FREE Teen Summit on Wednesday, March 29th from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Central Park (11200 Base Line Road). This year’s Teen Summit, themed LIMITLESS, was designed to empower high school teens to focus on self-growth, self-development, and self-confidence as they learn how to build a positive mindset and find hope and resilience through adversity.

High school teens will have the opportunity to make their voices heard, build connections with their peers, and learn how to make a meaningful difference in their community in a welcoming and safe environment. The day will include interactive breakout sessions, inspirational speakers, fun activities, a free t-shirt, breakfast, lunch, and even a chance to win raffle prizes!

Here’s more of what to expect:

Representation Matters Panel - Learn how to overcome obstacles and grow through adversity and failure through stories about resiliency and hope from a panel of diverse individuals.

Wellness Break-Out Sessions - Improve your overall health and wellness through fun activities (Animal Therapy, Painting, Games, and Healthy Cooking Demonstrations)

Our Story Matters Community Leadership Break-Out Session - Use your voice to identify issues and brainstorm solutions alongside healthcare, business, education, and local government professionals.
