SENS Research Foundation’s Science Writer, Michael Rae, has written a 5-part series on the Metformin TAME (Targeting Aging with Metformin) Trial
Rae explores metformin's effects on age-related cognitive decline. Metformin is an anti-diabetic medication and has been proposed as an anti-aging drug. A major clinical trial is about to begin to test the idea. TAME may help pave the way to important future trials of longevity therapeutics.
